Buriram United Esports is the esports arm of the Thai football club Buriram United, competing in RoV as BRU.RoV. It won RPL 2026 Summer — Garena's own retrospective calls it the club's third Pro League title and its first in six years — and the five players announced for RPL 2026 Winter are that same five. What changed for Winter?
The champion five stayed together. Every name and lane in the Winter announcement matches the Summer announcement, with Ligky captain in Dragon lane and TaoX still the coach. The one difference is the substitute: Dodafe in January, Summer in August. Garena's separate post adds Mistgunz as assistant coach. Summer roster, Winter roster, assistant coaches.
Summer's arrival was announced in March 2026, and Buriram framed it as a return to the club rather than a first signing. That is the only playing move the club announced between the two season graphics. Summer's return.
A season earlier the side looked different. The club's own AIC 2025 announcement, in November 2025, listed NuNu as captain in Mid with Pogpog in Jungle, Kanashi and Dodafe as substitutes, and Munez as coach. Pogpog left on 11 January 2026 — Buriram published a thank-you post and Tenacity announced him in Jungle the same day — while AlmondP and TaoX came in for 2026, and Garena's retrospective says both took the title in their first tournament with the club. The organisation
Buriram United Esports is the esports organisation attached to the Thai football club Buriram United; its RoV division brands itself BRU.RoV in its own announcements, and Liquipedia records the football club as the owner. Club announcements, Liquipedia.
Garena's post after the 2026 Summer final is the clearest statement of what the club has done: three Pro League titles, the latest ending a wait of six years and eleven seasons, with Deawwy, Ligky and Littleboyz winning a first Pro League title. The same post says Buriram has the league's most FMVP winners — NuNu at AIC 2021, AlmondP at RPL 2023 Summer and Deawwy at RPL 2026 Summer. Garena's list does not say which teams those awards were won with; AlmondP's came in 2023, and the same post says he took his first title with Buriram in 2026, so the 2023 award belongs to his career elsewhere rather than to this club's honours. Season retrospective, AIC champions.
