What changed for Winter?

Almost everything. Comparing the two announcements, three of the five names are new: JKP in Slayer lane, Jdai in Mid and Pj at support replace SRY, QQ and Pichu. NBank is the only player carried straight through, and he has moved from an unmarked Jungle slot in January to captain in August. Summer roster, Winter roster.

Negan appears on both announcements but was not at the club in between. eArena ended his playing role in April 2026, thanking him for helping lift two Pro League titles, and he is named again in the August lineup — so this is a return rather than continuity. Negan's departure.

The bench changed with it. January's three substitutes — KenKen, EXOLAR and YoungduM — become two, with EXOLAR the only one retained and Ohmmy added. TNK is named coach in both announcements. Garena's Winter roster.

What the two announcements establish is the shape of the change rather than its mechanics: a side rebuilt around one retained player and one returning one, going into Winter after seventh place. No club post covering the individual arrivals and departures was found, so none is described here.

The organisation

eArena is a Thai esports organisation whose RoV programme runs wider than the Pro League side: the organizer's APL 2026 finals-day schedule lists an eArena women's team in its own final, alongside the main event. Finals day schedule, club page.

The club's high point is a pair of consecutive Pro League titles. Garena's five-season champions roll names eArena for both 2024 Winter and 2025 Summer, and the 2025 standings post shows it finishing ahead of Bacon Time and Buriram United Esports. Its results since have gone the other way — seventh of nine in RPL 2026 Summer, and now this rebuild — which is the context the Winter roster belongs in.
