What changed for Winter?
Nothing among the players. The club's own Winter post opens by calling it “a new season with the same familiar lineup”, and comparing the two announcements bears that out: the same five, the same lanes, the same substitute in GIVEMEAKISS and the same coach in Lycan. The one difference is spelling — the support is printed Noar in January and NOARje in August — and each snapshot keeps the spelling its own announcement used. Summer roster, Winter roster.
The one addition is behind the players: VanExcel is named assistant coach in the club's post, and Garena's separate assistant-coach announcement lists him for Full Sense five days later. Assistant coaches.
Continuity is the point here. This is the group that won the league and then the international title within six weeks, and it goes into Winter having finished second at home and in the shared fifth–sixth band at APL 2026. RPL 2026 Summer standings, APL 2026 standings.

The organisation
FULL SENSE is a Thai esports organisation whose own site covers RoV alongside other titles, and which Liquipedia notes is also known for its VALORANT team. Team site, Liquipedia, club page.
The RoV side's rise is recent and documented. Garena's post after the RPL 2025 Winter final called it the club's first Pro League title, won 4–1 against Bacon Time; the retrospective four days later said Lycan and Noar had taken it in their first tournament with the team, and recorded the league's fastest average winning time at 13:54 per game, beating the previous regular-season record of 14:37. Six weeks after that the same club won AIC 2025. Final result, champion retrospective, AIC 2025 standings.
