Elsu's normal attacks deal 0 physical damage, but the duration between each attack becomes longer and the attacks cannot be critical strikes. Each 1% critical chance Elsu gains is converted into 3 Attack Damage. While not in combat, Elsu can hide next to obstacles and gains 16%-30% movement speed depending on his level.

Elsu places a device, enabling him to see everything within 600 to 1,000 units (depending on his skill level) from the device. There are 3 charges (affected by cooldown reduction), and one device can be placed every 50 seconds, up to 3. Each device lasts 300s but loses its effectiveness if captured by enemy heroes. Elsu's normal attacks and skills deal additional physical damage equal to 10% of lost HP to jungle creeps within the area covered by the device. When not moving, Elsu gains 1 stack of a mark every second, up to 5 stacks. Each stack of the mark increases 7% armor pierce. This effect is canceled when Elsu moves and the mark disappears.

Elsu charges and fires bullets in the indicated direction, dealing 600 (+170% of bonus AD) plus 6% of the target's max HP in physical damage and slowing them by 90% for 0.5s. Charging takes 2s and the bullets may go off if the charging is interrupted. Restores 1 bullet every 16s, up to 3 bullets (affected by Cooldown Reduction).

Elsu leaps backward and fires in the target direction, dealing 500 (+168% of AD) physical damage and reducing the target's movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds. After landing, Elsu gains 20% movement speed for 2 seconds, but this effect is cancelled when he uses skills or attacks normally.
